Page Allison, R.Ac, CAT(C)
Owner
Acupuncturist
Athletic Therapist

With a passion for leading an active lifestyle, it was only natural that Page chose to pursue a career that would allow her to help others do the same. In 2015, she completed a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun College and then went on to complete a Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in 2019.
She use a combination of acupuncture, various manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and client education during each treatment session. She strives to get clients back to their pre-injury state as quickly and as safely as possible. Not only does she love treating musculoskeletal injuries but acupuncture has opened her eyes to the possibilities of helping clients with issues ranging from digestive upset to menstrual disorders.

When shed not in the clinic, you can find her snowboarding up at Whitewater, pumping iron at the NDCC, trying to get a descent score in disc golf, or dipping her toe into the world if fly fishing.

Page Allison, R.Ac, CAT(C)
Owner
Registered Acupuncturist
Certified Athletic Therapist
Growing up, Page dabbled in different sports and activities but it wasn’t until she discovered snowboarding that a true passion for sport emerged. She started teaching snowboarding in her early 20s and it was through teaching that she discovered her interest in human movement and body mechanics.
In 2011, she decided to explore this interest and enrolled in the Bachelor of Exercise and Athletic Therapy (BAET) Program at Camosun College. During her time in the BAET program Page worked with various sports including rugby, lacrosse, tennis, golf, and soccer to name a few. When she started her clinical placement at the UVIC sports injury clinic, she knew shed found where she truly wanted to be. Working in the clinic allowed her to form meaningful connections with clients—helping them understand their injuries and guiding them through recovery in a way that wasn’t possible in a field setting. While she was studying for her Athletic Therapy board exams, one of her mentors had mentioned possibly going to school to study Acupuncture….the seed was planted.
Over the next few years, acupuncture stories kept popping up, and clients she had been seeing were getting really good results with the combination of Acupuncture and Athletic Therapy. She was fascinated by this ancient form of medicine and wanted to learn more about it. In 2019, she graduated magna cum laude from Pacific Rim College with a Diploma of Acupuncture. Page is now a Registered Acupuncturist, R.Ac, in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of British Columbia (CTCMA). As well as a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C), in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA).
